Challenges such as scaling the border design and integrating it seamlessly with the room’s contours were met with precision and ingenuity.

Material selection was deliberate, with Merbau chosen for its rich hue and stability, complemented by rift white oak strip flooring to evoke timeless elegance. Adhering to the need for dimensionally stable species due to radiant heat, each material choice was made carefully.
