Bona US announced that it recently welcomed five new members to its team. Javier Villarreal and Gene Vinson are Bona’s newest adhesive specialists for the Oklahoma and Texas markets as well as the Northeast region, respectively. Bona also welcomes Michael Dittmer as the new tech & training field manager and Josh Frink as the new tech & training specialist. Bart Tumbarello is Bona’s new territory manager for Illinois.

With over 20 years of sales and flooring industry experience, Javier Villarreal is the new Bona adhesives territory manager dedicated to the Oklahoma and Texas markets. Villarreal is driven by a technical approach to problem solving and optimizing best results. He is devoted to customer relationships, building trust-worthy rapport, and creating a positive environment.
Gene Vinson is the new Bona adhesives specialist for the Northeast region. Vinson has 21 years of sales experience in the Eastern US and Canada offering products and services that embrace environmental stewardship including sealants, adhesives, and coatings. Vinson is passionate about Bona and its products because of the company’s focus on sustainability.
Bart Tumbarello is the Bona territory manager for Illinois with a focus on the Chicago market. Tumbarello has been in sales for over 20 years and strives to use innovative methods for finding solutions. His success is driven by being optimistic, supportive to his customer and cultivating lasting relationships.
With over 40 years of hardwood flooring contracting experience and 25 years of experience running his own flooring business, Michael Dittmer is Bona’s newest tech & training field manager. In 2021 he was honored with the NWFA Wood Floor of the Year Award Winner for “Best in Historic Restoration.” Dittmer will provide technical support to Bona’s territory and adhesive managers through distributor training as well as any specialized training that is needed across the US and Canada.
Josh Frink has over 30 years of experience in the wood flooring industry. Frink is Bona’s new tech & training specialist for the Eastern region. Frink brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with a unique lens focused on contracting and trade for the next generation.
