The NWFA Education & Research Foundation (NERF) exists to further the growth and development of the hardwood flooring industry through research and education.
The second annual NERF Golf Tournament took place during Expo week in Orlando, Florida, at Disney’s Palm Golf Course. Industry professionals spent the morning on a championship course for 18 holes of fun and networking, all in support of the next generation of flooring contractors and business owners. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Flooring Futures Initiative, which is dedicated to removing the barriers that prevent individuals from pursuing a rewarding career in wood flooring. Beyond covering training costs, the effort addresses tangible challenges like travel, lodging, meals, and lost wages. By providing comprehensive support, a robust talent pipeline is being built to meet industry demands for years to come.
