At Stonewood Products, our mission is clear: to design, manufacture, and distribute the most desirable, highest‑quality, and innovative products for customers who share our passion for creating spaces that inspire.
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on, operational powerhouse to join our executive team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is central to our growth—overseeing daily operations, elevating customer experience, optimizing supply chain performance, and driving the execution of our long‑term vision.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at building high‑performing teams, and know how to turn strategy into action, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role at a company known for innovation, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. As COO, you’ll shape the operational backbone of the business, influence long‑term strategy, and help lead Stonewood into its next era of growth.
Responsibility
The COO will lead all core operational functions of the business, including retail yard performance, contractor sales, distribution and logistics, inventory management, store operations, and overall customer experience.
They will be responsible for building and developing high‑performing teams, implementing strong and scalable processes, and driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The role includes overseeing sales and growth initiatives, managing procurement and vendor partnerships, and directing operations across both local and remote markets.
A key mandate is to improve profitability through increased sales, disciplined cost control, sustainable margins, and optimized resource allocation. The COO will strengthen operational execution by translating the CEOs and executive teams strategic vision into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable KPIs. They must be able to scale the organization by establishing the structures, systems, and processes that support stability while enabling expansion.
Ultimately, this role frees the CEO to focus on innovation, market strategy, and external relationships, while the COO manages day‑to‑day operations and internal problem‑solving.
