Responsibility

Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Build, strengthen, and expand contractor relationships across Stonewood’s sales regions.
  • Lead and motivate outside sales teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Implement performance metrics, incentives, and compensation structures for sales teams.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities; prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Analyze sales performance to refine programs and improve results.
  • Drive brand awareness and product demand across all channels.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Create seasonal merchandising plans aligned with product cycles.
  • Operate the Harwich Sales Center—inside and out—delivering superior customer experience.
  • Host engaging customer events that showcase products and boost sales.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop both contractor and sales center teams.
  • Train staff to maximize productivity, efficiency, and customer engagement.
  • Support sales reps in relationship management, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build strong partnerships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of BisTrack and CRM systems.

Operational & Cultural Leadership

  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, and support team members.
  • Schedule and deliver product and sales training programs.
  • Foster a positive, mission‑aligned culture that reduces turnover and boosts engagement.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and maintain strong communication across teams.
  • Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent Stonewood at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
  • Strong change‑management, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Organizational excellence—able to prioritize, multitask, and execute.
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
  • Ability to work 45–50 hours per week at the Harwich location, including some weekends.
  • Availability during off‑hours to respond promptly to calls/emails.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and incentivize a high‑performing team.
