Hardwood Flooring Technician (Sanding & Refinishing)
Description:
Refined Floors is looking to add an in-house hardwood flooring technician to our growing team in Williamsburg, VA. We specialize in high-quality residential work with a strong focus on sanding, refinishing, and detail-driven installs.
This is a W-2 position working directly with our team — not subcontract work.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience with hardwood sanding & refinishing (power drive, edger, buffer)
* Experience with LVP / laminate installation is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and pride in clean work
* Reliable transportation and ability to show up on time
* Professional attitude when working in clients’ homes
