Uzin Utz North America Inc. has expanded PALLMANN’s regional coverage throughout the Southeast, South-Central, and Midwest regions.
Brandon Gross will oversee Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. Gross is a 30-year industry veteran who started his career in Aspen, Colorado, in 1995. After attending a PALLMANN Training School, Brandon invested in a COBRA II, GECKO STAR, and SPIDER. He was named the 2021 PALL-X World Cup US National Champion, earning a trip to Würzburg, Germany. Gross passed his flooring company to his sons before joining the PALLMANN team.
Charles Allhands will serve the Houston area, southern Texas, and Louisiana. With more than 35 years of experience in hardwood flooring, Allhands offers specialized expertise in custom coloring, dyes, and unique wood treatments developed through his work at custom shops. He also has a deep knowledge of wood species, sizes, and installation patterns. Allhands enjoys learning more about hardwood flooring innovations and exploring new ways to improve the contractor experience.
Dale Bailey will cover Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He has been involved in the hardwood flooring industry since he was 15 years old. He owned a hardwood flooring business for more than 15 years before switching to sales three years ago. Bailey has a strong passion for teaching and training industry professionals.
