Stiles Machinery is introducing the HOMAG CENTATEQ N-300 PRO CNC router. The company says the new PRO model of the HOMAG CENTATEQ N-300 Series offers specific features to meet the needs of manufacturers, including:
- Auto-lubrication system to cut maintenance time and ensure optimal operation
- Enhanced air conditioning to extend run times and component life
- Vertical safety light curtains to protect employees while allowing easier access to the machine
“The N-300 series is the do-it-all workhorse of so many shops, whether they’re doing cabinetry, doors, millwork—you name it,” said James Swanson, CNC Project Manager at Stiles Machinery and HOMAG North America. “With the PRO, we’ve tailored the N-300 to be an even better solution to the increasing demands of manufacturers.”
While German-made and engineered, the CENTATEQ N-300 PRO is assembled in the HOMAG North America facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, using locally sourced parts. Stiles says this has allowed them to provide a high-end CNC router at competitive pricing. The N-300 PRO’s nesting technology allows for the sizing, shaping, grooving, engraving, and drilling of multiple parts on a single panel. This results in enhanced efficiency, increased production, and reduced production time while minimizing waste and costs for manufacturers.
