Stiles Machinery Exhibiting at IWF 2024

Stiles Machinery will have its solid wood solutions and surface technologies on display at booths 4835 and 4853 in Hall B at the International Woodworking Fair (IWF) from August 6 – 9, 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia. Stiles will feature solid wood machinery from partners Kentwood, Salvador, CML, and Vertongen to aid in the ripping, chopping, and moulding processes.

Machinery highlights Include:

  • The new Kentwood M2000 HSK tooled moulder is electronically variable up to 12,000 RPMs, including remote programming, and the latest generation of ProLink Advanced PowerControl is connected to the new ProLink Digital HSK tool center for tool inspection.
  • Kentwood HBR-300 horizontal band resaw features push guides, hydraulic band tensioning, cast iron wheels, and an advanced touchscreen power control device.
  • Salvador SuperPush 250 with the new Advantage Chop CSCAN infeed system will be showcased. The CSCAN table provides a full, detailed image of the boardā€”using AI to analyze defects to increase capacity, efficiency, yield, and accuracy.
  • CML E350 2R ripsaw with two-moving blades combined with an optimizing infeed table will be running demonstrations with the Advantage Rip RSCAN 3D display panel.
  • Vertongen Shaper Sizer, equipped with a tenoner, profiler, and shaping and sizing capabilities, will demonstrate how to make cabinet doors efficiently in a short time frame with minimum skilled labor

Stiles will also showcase surface solutions, such as sanding, veneering, and finishing at the trade show:

  • Heesemann HSM Compact RRH – A multifunction sanding center for solid wood, veneer, and sealer sanding. Now offering magnetic segmented pad technology the market has never seen at the compact level.
  • Alpha-Brush Extreme CCBBDD – A versatile brush sander for whitewood surface preparation, edge breaking, and sealer sanding. Featuring a 53ā€ sanding width equipped with a secure vacuum hold conveyor belt.
  • Makor NEXT Spray with Multilevel Oven – The all-new NEXT spray machine from Makor will be unveiled at IWF 2024. It will showcase new features, technology, and expanded capabilities. Combined with a Multilevel Drying Oven offering space-saving drying automation and storage solutions.
  • Venjakob VEN Coat with VEN DRY Surround UV – A new roller coating line combined with UV drying technology designed to provide flat profile finishing capabilities while still maintaining the highest transfer efficiency.
  • Kuper FLI 1000 – A veneer splicer capable of splicing thin and thick veneer (up to 5mm). Intelligent energy management system, storage function control panel, and precise glue joint application system.

Stiles Machinery says it will have one of the largest booths, spanning more than 25,000 square feet, with more than 55 machines at booths 4835 and 4853 in exhibit hall B of the Georgia World Congress Center.
