Loba Wakol Seeking Outside Technical Sales Reps Nationwide

Job Overview:

This Individual is responsible for managing area to develop incremental sales growth through selling and building relationships with key partners across all channels at the Distributor, Architect, Designer and Contractor level. This individual will have a proven track record of developing and delivering new sales/business opportunities to grow the defined territory as well as maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Being in front of customers daily; visible in the field (jobsites, distributor branches, etc.)

• Creating action plans for customers and following through on those plans and understanding top accounts and goals for growth

• Running jobsite demos as well as distributor events for training purposes

• Answer phone calls and emails relating to product questions and or/recommendations for specific jobsite requests in a timely manner

• Traveling for onboard trainings is required: Corporate office in Wadesboro NC and in Germany, or other locations, as determined by management

• Participate in industry certified trainings and events; NWFA, FCICA, NAFCT, Surfaces, AIA Conferences, etc.

• Familiar with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word & Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint & CRM Programs

• Travel within defined territory can be moderate to heavy depending on location

• Development of all Loba-Wakol flooring products and systems within the defined territory

• Update CRM system on a weekly basis with new leads, new customers, activity, jobsite demo’s etc.)

• Successfully launch and promote new products through product demonstrations, presentations, professional product displays and market blitzes

• Regularly review own performance and activity and understand where you stand against monthly/ yearly goals

• Make Technical recommendations liaising with the technical team for resources and solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years sales or industry experience

• Knowledge of flooring installation systems is highly desirable

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

High level of energy and enthusiasm for the business and be customer-driven and professional

Excellent communication skills written and verbal (Bilingual is a plus) and presentation skills

Must pass a background check

• Must be able to treat people with respect and want to be a part of an amazing team

Must be able to communicate effectively with Distributors, Contractors, Architects and Designers
