Ogden Group is introducing the next generation of CNC grinders, the NBS 300 Bandsaw Blade grinder. The NBS 300 uses CNC technology to grind the blades. This provides for an accurate and precise sharpening of the profile on the bandsaw blades. The NBS 300 grinds blades that are Stellite, Bi-Metal or Carbide using a diamond or ceramic grinding wheel. The grinding wheel is cooled using a water-cooling system and, as well, the grinder comes with an integrated grinding wheel dressing attachment which will dress the grinding wheel automatically while the machine is running which compensates for wheel diameter wear.
