This service has proven extremely valuable in helping us manage our emails, polish our writing, and create marketing content with minimal effort. All of these improvements are not typically a strong suit associated with the stereotypical contractor.

We have typed large emails when dealing with a detailed or particularly problematic client to have it fix our formatting, punctuation, sentence structure, and flow. Recently we had a several-paragraph email for an insurance agent run through ChatGPT, which was able to clean it and alter it to a precise piece using insurance jargon and a touch of professionalism and friendliness that I sometimes lack.
Here is another example of asking ChatGPT for basic advice on dealing with an upset customer.
