The Bauwerk Group, comprised of Bauwerk Parkett, Boen, and Somerset Hardwood Flooring announced that Adam McCombs has been hired as CEO for Somerset Hardwood Flooring, starting June 1, 2023. McCombs will be transitioning with Paul Stringer, current CEO, who will be retiring later this year.
McCombs has held several senior positions with international companies, where the Bauwerk Group says he demonstrated outstanding leadership, customer centricity, and organizational development. McCombs will lead the operational and strategic development of the North American business.
With this hiring, Dan Natkin, CEO/Managing Director for Boen Hardwood Flooring and sales leader for Somerset Hardwood flooring has been named chief commercial officer for North America, leading the sales, marketing, and customer service for both North American entities.
