HARO, a manufacturer of parquet flooring, announced it was named one of the award winners of the Deutschland test that was published in a recent edition of Focus Money magazine. The market analysis by Focus Money was conducted by the consulting and analytical firm Service Value and highlights the best companies in Germany each year.
In this year’s Deutschland test, analysts examined what sort of experiences consumers had with particular companies and brands over the past two years. The market researchers then calculated an exact “expertise score” from the more than 1,000 surveys about each individual company. The questions focused on areas such as the knowledge level and expertise of employees, product quality, and consumers’ service experience.
HARO announced it achieved a top score, earning the ranking of “highest level of expertise” both in the category of flooring manufacturers and a cross-industry brand.
“Healthy living is becoming increasingly important to our customers,” said Bernd Reuß, HARO’s press spokesman. “We design our line of flooring to meet these needs. Our success shows that we are right on track. A parquet floor, a premium laminate floor or a design floor from HARO represents an investment by our customers in healthy, tasteful living that will pay off for many years to come.”
