Kährs Reshapes Commercial Organization, Appoints Lundgren as CCO

Kährs announced that the company is reshaping and strengthening its organization to continue its growth journey. The company shared that it, “sees great potential for profitable growth in its two strong business segments, residential and commercial. To secure an even greater customer focus, Kährs is now reshaping its commercial team.”

“The Kährs organization is now being adjusted to better reflect the company’s business model with focus on these two segments and with four distinct market areas in the residential segment, Nordics, West and South Europe, North America, and emerging markets, including Russia.”

In addition, the company announced that Johan Lundgren has been appointed chief commercial officer (CCO) for Kährs residential segment in the Nordics. Lundgren was previously commercial director at Akzo Nobel in the Nordics.

“We welcome Johan’s broad experience in developing sales channels and go-to-market models in the Nordic. Besides his solid background driving sales excellence and digitalization throughout the value chain, he will bring important experience to Kährs in the transformation of sales into new ways to attract end-users and our customers,” says Johan Magnusson, president & CEO, Kährs.

As CCO Nordics, Lundgren will be member of Kährs Group’s management, as will Andreas Berge, who has been appointed CCO Commercial; Sean Brennan, who has been appointed CCO Residential North America; Robert Bieger, who has been appointed CCO Residential West and South Europe; and Alexei Pechorin who will continue to drive sales in emerging markets and Russia as CCO for Residential Emerging Markets. Fredrik Alfredsson, current CCO Retail, has decided to leave for a new position outside Kährs after more than 25 years of successful service in various positions. All changes will take effect on September 1, 2021.
