DuraSeal Account Manager – Texas

This position is responsible for managing the DuraSeal sales, marketing and profit effort in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. This role involves sales and account support, selling DuraSeal products through independent hardwood flooring distributors to wood flooring contractors. Candidates for this position must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of account hierarchy and work well with all internal departments to achieve desired objectives. The ability to negotiate, provide technical expertise, conduct on-site product training, and quickly build professional relationships are critical skill sets that the successful candidate will possess. It is imperative that the candidate have the ability and desire to secure and conduct contractor field demos and training sessions.

This territory covers Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Candidate must live in the territory, but ideally would be located in the Dallas – Ft. Worth market. Bi-lingual candidates (English and Spanish) are encouraged to apply.

· High School Diploma or GED
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field

· Prior experience in Sales
· Strong communication, problem-solving, strong time management, presentation, and leadership skills
· Prior experience with financial reports & P&L analysis
