DuraSeal Account Manager – New York

This position is responsible for managing the DuraSeal sales, marketing and profit effort in the Northeast US and Canada. This role involves sales and account support, selling DuraSeal products through independent hardwood flooring distributors to wood flooring contractors. Candidates for this position must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of account hierarchy and work well with all internal departments to achieve desired objectives. The ability to negotiate, provide technical expertise, conduct on-site product training, and quickly build professional relationships are critical skill sets that the successful candidate will possess. It is imperative that the candidate have the ability and desire to secure and conduct contractor field demos and training session

This territory covers the entire states of New York and New Jersey, with additional business in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and southeastern Pennsylvania. The primary territory focus in the U.S. is in the greater New York City area as well as New Jersey and Upstate New York. This territory also supports Canada, with the focus being in Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec. Willingness to travel, including the ability to travel in Canada, is required.

· High School Diploma or GED
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field

· Prior experience in Sales
· Strong communication, problem solving, strong time management, presentation and leadership skills
· Prior experience with financial reports & P&L analysis
