Position for Posting: Sales Representatives for East Coast and Midwest Territories
Glitsa is a well-established premier coatings company with roots in the U.S. hardwood flooring industry for over 62 years. Glitsa is dedicated to providing our customers with superior products, technical knowledge and service.
Glitsa is seeking an individual to drive sales through existing and new distribution in the East Coast and Midwest Territories.
• Develop and execute plan to meet or exceed annual growth goals
• Work with distributors to service customer base and promote Glitsa brand
• Work directly with wood flooring contractors by conducting product demos and training
• Respond to customer questions or concerns
• Three years in the wood flooring industry
• Two years sales experience
• Proficient in site-applied hardwood floor finishing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pre-employment drug screens are required
