Armstrong Flooring, announced today that two of its products – Vivero™ Luxury Flooring with patent-pending Diamond 10™ Technology and Performance Plus™ hardwood – were awarded the prestigious GOOD DESIGN™ 2016 Award. The award emphasizes quality design of the highest form, function and aesthetic.
The GOOD DESIGN Award is conferred annually by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design together with The European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies. The Museum received several thousand entries in 2016 from companies in over 55 countries. This year marked the most significant year for GOOD DESIGN™ with the world’s critical mass of FORTUNE 500 companies and the world’s foremost design firms participating.

Vivero™ luxury flooring, features patent-pending Diamond 10 Technology and is available in 33 colors in four different looks including Rustic, Traditional, Exotic and Stone. The floors are manufactured in Lancaster, PA.
All winning designs for GOOD DESIGN 2016 are posted on the Museum’s website at www.chi-athenaeum.org and are published in the GOOD DESIGN Yearbook for 2016-2017.
