Oakcrest Lumber & Flooring, LLC announced the acquisition, effective October 1, 2026, of the flooring manufacturing facilities and related lumber operations of Oakcrest Lumber, Inc. in Buena Vista, Georgia, and Newport, Tennessee. Oakcrest Lumber & Flooring is a newly formed company under common ownership with T&F Lumber Company of Monticello, Georgia.
The Oakcrest operations will continue under the Oakcrest name, preserving the experienced workforce, customer and supplier relationships, and manufacturing expertise built over many years. The two Oakcrest locations provide complementary hardwood manufacturing capabilities. The Buena Vista facility produces unfinished solid hardwood flooring. In Newport, Oakcrest produces unfinished engineered hardwood flooring and high-quality Appalachian kiln-dried hardwood lumber.
