The Union Tool Corporation, a family-owned manufacturer founded in 1944, announces the retirement of Chuck Simpson after 43 years with the company. As Chuck steps away from day-to-day leadership, his sons, Chas Simpson and Nick Simpson, will take on greater ownership responsibilities as co-owners, continuing the company’s transition to its fourth generation.
Throughout his career, Chuck Simpson helped guide Union Tool’s growth and evolution. The company says his commitment to innovation, quality manufacturing, and customer relationships helped establish it as a trusted supplier of automated processing and lamination equipment for customers around the world.
“Our father has given over 40 years of dedicated service to Union Tool, and his impact on the company and our family is difficult to put into words. His leadership, guidance, and vision have helped shape the company we are today. We are incredibly grateful for the time, knowledge, and commitment he has shared with us over the years. We have learned a great deal from him, both professionally and personally, and we will carry those lessons forward as we lead Union Tool into its next chapter. We are honored to build on the foundation he has helped create and wish him nothing but the best in his retirement,” said Nick and Chas Simpson, co-owners.
Chas and Nick added that they will continue to focus on innovation, quality manufacturing, and customer service. The transition comes as Union Tool develops new and enhanced equipment offerings to serve its customers’ changing needs.
