Bona Announces New Leadership Roles

Bona® has promoted Bryan Rathbun to Bona Certified Craftsman Program director. Bona also announced the appointment of Bill Herbert as senior director of marketing and the promotion of Ilene LeBlanc to director of marketing, professional products.

With more than three decades of experience in the hardwood flooring industry, Rathbun will lead the continued growth of the Bona Certified Craftsman Program (BCCP) and strengthen Bona’s engagement with professional contractors and installers. Since joining Bona in 2015, Rathbun has served in several roles, most recently as regional sales manager, where he built strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners. Prior to joining Bona, Rathbun spent 20 years as the owner of a flooring company and was a charter member of the BCCP.

Herbert joins Bona as senior director of marketing for the Professional Business Unit in North America. Most recently, he served as digital marketing director at GalleherDuffy. He will lead marketing strategy and execution across the business, bringing extensive experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and integrated campaigns.

LeBlanc has been promoted to director of marketing, professional products. Since joining Bona in 2008, she has played an important role in advancing the company’s product marketing, professional programs, BCCP initiatives, and presence at National Wood Flooring Association events.
