TRAXX has announced the recent acquisition of the Wisconsin-based Powernail® Company, effective July 1, 2026.
Powernail® Company is a family-owned and operated business led by Dave Anstett, who will remain in his current role for a period to support the transition. With TRAXX headquartered in Pomona, California, and additional operations in Calhoun, Georgia, the company says the new Genoa City, Wisconsin, location provides a central base for enhancing service to customers throughout the region and across the United States.
