Olde Wood Ltd. Seeking Rocky Mountain & West Coast Sales Professional

Position Overview
Seeking a motivated, self-driven sales professional to join our growing team in a remote role covering the Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions. In this position, you will build and manage a network of flooring professionals, representing a unique product – luxury wide plank hardwood flooring crafted for discerning clients. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives independently, and desires to be a part of a brand and product that truly stands apart.

Primary Responsibilities
● Territory Development – Build and grow a network of flooring installers, dealers, retailers, and distributors across the Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions
● Client Relationships – Establish, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships; maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional service
● Product Presentation – Develop a strong working knowledge of product assortment and present to clients through demonstrations, literature, estimates, and samples
● Account Management – Proactively communicate with clients, respond to inquires, and process orders timely and efficiently; pursue new leads when assigned
● Market Analysis – Monitor competitive landscape by gathering information on competitors’ products, pricing, services, and sales strategies; track regional trends
● Collaboration & Accountability – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate timelines, and positive client experience; keep activity reports
● Software & Tools – Utilize Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other business tools to manage accounts, track pipeline, and maintain organized records

Qualifications
● Proven sales experience, preferably in flooring, building materials, or a related industry
● Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Excellent face-to-face, virtual, telephone, text, and email communication skills
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
● Positive, professional demeanor; able to represent the brand at the highest level
● Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-through
● Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
● Comfortable with travel within the assigned territory (35–50%)
● Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback
