TEKA Hardwood Flooring Seeking Sales Representative – Florida and South East US

Location: Florida (Remote with extensive travel across the state)

Industry: Hardwood Flooring

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Hardwood Flooring Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base across Florida and South East US focusing on retailers, flooring installers, architects and designers.

You will represent our premium selection of engineered Wood flooring

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities throughout Florida
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice on hardwood flooring installation, finishing, and maintenance
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events as needed
• Collaborate with the inside sales and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in hardwood flooring, flooring, building materials, or related construction industries
• Strong knowledge of hardwood flooring products (solid vs. engineered, species, grades, finishes, etc.)
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hunter mentality with a strong ability to develop new accounts
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided)
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Florida

Compensation
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
