City Floor Supply, a family-owned hardwood flooring distributor, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, contractor-facing position where strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
– Assist contractors and walk-in customers at the front counter with product selection, orders, and general inquiries.
– Answer high-volume phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
– Enter orders accurately using our computer system.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front counter area.
– Build strong relationships with flooring contractors and industry professionals.

– Phone and computer skills are a must.
