NWFA’s Hardwood Floors is recognizing this milestone in a special edition of the magazine, honoring the legacy of the wood flooring industry while looking ahead to the future.

How quickly that 40 years seems to have gone by and suddenly i am old.
I really enjoyed the first pic of our beginning’s with Virgil Hendricks who was a mentor since my early teens. And along with him Ralph Singer, a customer, diving friend and guidance for this good ol southern boy when i moved to the wild- wild west, CA. Fish out of water.
So many memories in the pictures and posts. I must say i teared up a couple if times when i saw pictures of those now gone, such as Don Conner, wingman for 40 years and Virgil Hendricks who i worshipped. Almost like a high school or college yearbook. Thanks HFM for the memories
