Cyncly has appointed Jon Harper as senior vice president of professional services. In this role, Jon will drive the successful adoption and deployment of Cyncly’s market-leading software, helping designers, retailers, and manufacturing customers grow their businesses and achieve their goals.

Harper brings more than 20 years of experience leading fast-growing SaaS and consulting businesses, including leadership roles at Protiviti, Johnson & Johnson, and Smartsheet. Over his career, the company says he has helped build and scale professional services teams during times of rapid growth and global expansion.
