Lauzon Hardwood Flooring has appointed Eric Larouche to the position of executive vice president. The company says this is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen its strategic leadership and operational excellence. With more than 16 years of experience in vice president positions within the manufacturing and construction industries, Lauzon says that Larouche has expertise in managing complex operations, strategic development, and leading high-performance teams.
Larouche joined Lauzon in May 2023 as vice president, forestry operations and sawmilling. In his new role, Larouche will focus on improving the synergy between the company’s different divisions, ensuring optimal use of resources, and enhancing corporate culture. As chief operating officer, he will be working on optimizing manufacturing operations.
