Horizon Forest Products, Custom Wholesale Floors, Heritage Forest Products, and Wood Pro, announced today their merger into one company. The combined company will be headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, and will operate under the Horizon Forest Products name.
The merger brings together four established companies with a shared vision to create a comprehensive, customer-focused supplier of quality hardwood flooring, and related building materials.

Horizon Forest Products says the combined company will be well-positioned to meet the needs of customers across the entire East Coast and Texas, with 22 locations throughout: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
The company adds that customers can expect a seamless transition, with no interruption in service or product availability.
