As you may know, the National Wood Flooring Association is a proud supporter of the Little Bit Foundation, which serves impoverished children in St. Louis to remove barriers to learning. NWFA staff volunteer weekly at Little Bit’s warehouse to assist at-risk students by providing school supplies, school uniforms, mobile food pantries, toiletries, and health screenings.
Sadly, catastrophic flooding in the St. Louis area during the week of July 25th severely damaged Little Bit Foundation’s offices and warehouse, destroying a majority of collected student supplies.
We’re reaching out to NWFA members for assistance to help Little Bit get back on its feet as they ready themselves for the start of a new school year in just a few short weeks. To help restock their shelves, the NWFA is currently seeking donations of school supplies, hygiene products, and monetary donations to support Little Bit’s flood recovery efforts.
