Välinge announced that the company’s patent portfolio grew by 14 percent and it has been granted over 480 patents distributed across new materials, surface technologies, locking technologies for flooring, as well as wall systems and furniture. The company also welcomed over 50 new licensee partners in 2021.
The company shard that its 5G Fold Down technology continues to expand and increased to over 90 licensees leveraged with benefits. In 2021, Välinge also launched the 5G herringbone flooring pattern.
Välinge Flooring is now available in France, United Kingdom, North America, and China. In 2021, Välinge Flooring experienced an 80 percent growth and welcomed 22 new distributors.
