- Nick Di Tempora, Honorary Chairman of the Board of MAPEI Corporation – 37 years (started June 1, 1983)
- Steve Lucena, Category Manager, Raw Materials – 18 years (started October 9, 2003)
- Leo Shaposhnikov, Senior Product Development Chemist – 22 years (started November 30, 1998)
- Warren Shaw, Transportation Manager – 8 years (started July 22, 2013)
- John Zimmerman, Chief Financial Officer – 34 years (started September 8, 1986)
