CCA Global Partners Retail Group Names Jennifer DeGloma Vice President Of Merchandising

CCA Global announced that Jennifer DeGloma has been named Vice President of Merchandising for the CCA Retail Group. DeGloma brings a wealth of experience with leading international brands to her new role with the Manchester-based cooperative.

Throughout her career, she has worked with national brands including Starbucks, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and Z Gallerie. She’s also served as Director of Product Design and Product Development for Larson-Juhl. Most recently, she was Director of Merchandising Development for Framebridge.

Before bringing her talents to the corporate sector, Jennifer was the owner and interior designer of her own design firm where she worked with residential, hospitality and commercial construction clients. She’s eager to tap into her entrepreneurial roots and experience by connecting directly with members of Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America, Flooring Canada, The Floor Trader, and International Design Guild.

“I’m really looking forward to working with these entrepreneurs. I am excited to help them and make a difference in their livelihoods by utilizing my design background but also leaning into my deep roots as an entrepreneur myself, and from growing up in an entrepreneurial family,” DeGloma said.

She continued: “I believe every product needs a story. The consumer needs to connect with it, and that concept is largely untapped in this industry. Finding that consumer connection is the most interesting thing in the world to me, next to manufacturing.”

“Jennifer’s passion for design and product will complement our team. She brings a unique perspective as someone who has been in our member’s shoes as an independent business owner, interior designer, and a veteran retail merchant. She joins us at a critical time as we revolutionize our physical merchandising, digital merchandising and visual merchandising to provide our consumers an unparalleled shopping experience and provide our retailers and continue moving into digital retail,” said Keith Spano, president Flooring America, Flooring Canada, the International Design Guild and the Floor Trader.
