E.J. Welch announced the addition of Tressa Samdal as Vice President of Marketing. The role was previously held by Kavita McCarthy, who was named President in August.
The company shared that Samdal brings a strong track record of product design and brand innovation. As Vice President of Marketing, Samdal will be responsible for building brand awareness and leading all marketing initiatives.

Samdal has nearly 20 years of industry experience in a variety of marketing and product management roles for companies including Happy Floors, Florida Tile Inc., IVC US, and Mullican Flooring. Her recent leadership positions at Florida Tile and Happy Floors focused on overhauling brand image, market research, and strategy planning.
