Oshkosh Floor Designs announced that Brenda Kubasta, previous owner, has sold ownership of the brand and its assets effective February 12, 2021.
Kubasta has owned Oshkosh Floor Designs LLC for the last ten years and shared that she loved being a part of some amazing flooring projects, both residential and commercial. Oshkosh Designs LLC is the new entity and will continue to do business out of the Winneconne, Wisconsin manufacturing facility.
“For the last 30 years this company has been making it happen for our customers. It was of utmost importance this acquisition did not affect the employees who masterfully hand-assemble beautiful, quality products in Winneconne, Wisconsin,” said Kubasta. “Thank you for the many years of support and friendship in the beautiful flooring industry.”
