PID Floors Chosen to be the Official Flooring for the 2018 Architectural Digest Design Show’s Architectural Digest Apartment

PID Floors was chosen by the award-winning design team Drake / Anderson to supply 1,000 square feet of wood flooring for the 2018 Architectural Digest Design Show’s official AD Apartment, one of “four specially-curated installations that offer attendees a multifaceted, immersive, and unrivaled design experience.

The AD Apartment presents bold ideas and sophisticated solutions for cosmopolitan design enthusiasts. This year’s exhibition, presented by Monogram, is envisioned by the celebrated AD100 design firm, Drake/Anderson. The AD Apartment is a sophisticated, yet playful space anchored by rich amethyst walls, interesting textures, and reflective surfaces that create an alluring design for the modern apartment dweller. The composition of this contemporary loft emphasizes a unique take on cosmopolitan living through attainable and thoughtful design along with uniquely Clever tips that any design enthusiast will appreciate.

Designers Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson have been included on the 2017 Elle Décor A-List, the 2017 Architectural Digest AD100 list, and Interior Design magazine’s Hall of Fame. For their Architectural Digest Apartment design, they chose PID Floors’ stunning White High-Gloss Prefinished Engineered Beech Floors in “Aalborg,” SKU: PLSO14. These same floors were also used in a New York City Loft which received the 2015 American Institute of Architects Award for Outstanding Interiors.
