CMA Awards Program Now Accepting Submissions

The Cabinet Makers Association (CMA) recently announced that their Wood Diamond Awards program is now accepting submissions for the 2017 contest.

The CMA’s award program was first offered to the membership in 2010 as a means for members to be recognized by their peers. “The CMA was founded on the principles of sharing one’s experiences and ideas with other members in an effort to promote success and professionalism in the woodworking business,” explained the association’s Executive Director, Amanda Conger. “The Wood Diamond Award program allows yet another outlet for that purpose to be fulfilled.”

CMA members are encouraged to enter their projects in the 2017 awards program. See previous winners and access the 2017 submission form at www.cabinetmakers.org/wood-diamond-awards. The entry fee is $50 for each submission received by April 30, 2017. Entries received May 1-15, 2017 will be $75 each. No entries will be accepted after May 15, 2017. The winners will be announced on Thursday, July 20, 2017 during AWFS in Las Vegas.
