Trump’s Freeze On Regulations Delays EPA Formaldehyde Rule

President Trump’s executive order, signed in late January, freezes all recently published EPA regulations for 60 days pending a review. The delay will affect the initial effective date for the formaldehyde rule, postponing the third-party certification (TPC) registration date. The December 12 implementation date for manufacturers will not change.
