ROX is announcing the acquisition of Precision Flooring Products, a manufacturer and distributor of prefinished hardwood flooring moldings and accessories in the United States. ROX says this marks a milestone in their growth and position in the industry.
Dave Wallace, Precision Flooring Products’ president and owner, remains as a co-owner alongside ROX. Ensuring continuity in operations with the support of general manager, Richard Porter, Precision Flooring will work with ROX for enhanced production capabilities and lead times.

ROX’s recent acquisitions, CG Hardwood Moldings (now CG Finishes) in 2024 and Precision Flooring Products in 2026, are aligned with its strategic vision. The group says it now offers: a comprehensive catalog of hardwood stair parts and flooring products with 25,000 stain and finish recipes, and the ability to match virtually any hardwood flooring color in North America without physical samples. ROX, Precision, and CG say they have become a one-stop-shop for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers seeking precision, speed, and consistency in prefinished products, in an industry where time is of the essence.
ROX’s manufacturing facility in Beauceville, Canada, serves as the primary supplier of unfinished stair parts for both of its prefinished product subsidiaries: Precision Flooring Products in the U.S., and CG Hardwood Finishes in Canada.
This acquisition also translates to enhanced service for ROX’s existing stair part customers in the U.S., with a warehouse in Tennessee, better proximity to key markets in the Eastern and Southern U.S., increased delivery frequency, along with expanded access to prefinished product solutions.
