Peachey Hardwood Flooring announced the appointment of Patrick Fairbanks to its growing Sales team as Wholesale Sales Executive. Fairbanks brings a unique blend of industry expertise and high-level operational leadership to the role, positioning him to support Peachey’s continued expansion.
Fairbanks comes to Peachey Hardwood Flooring with deep roots in the wood flooring industry. He learned to install, sand & finish during the Covid shut down after serving as a Territory Manager for a hardwood flooring wholesaler, where he spent four years building strong, consultative relationships with clients, managing distribution channels, and gaining an intricate understanding of the hardwood market. His background equips him with the essential product knowledge, sales strategy, and customer-first mindset needed to immediately contribute to Peachey’s growth in key markets.

Beyond the hardwood industry, Fairbanks brings an impressive, multifaceted resume of public service and operational leadership. Most recently, he served as the Director of Safety and Security for the Colorado Department of Human Services, where he successfully scaled a multidisciplinary department from 16 to 40 professionals, oversaw critical emergency management operations, and ensured rigorous compliance with state and federal standards. His disciplined approach to leadership, crisis response, and de-escalation was forged during his nearly decade-long tenure as a Police Officer for the Lakewood Police Department.
Additionally, Fairbanks holds a bachelor’s degree in business/commerce from Colorado State University and is an active community leader. He currently serves as the President of the Mountain Lacrosse Youth Club, where he oversees a program for 250 players. He also volunteers as an assistant coach for the Evergreen High School boys’ varsity lacrosse team. Pat lives in the mountains of Colorado with his wife Val; they have two sons in college.
Fairbanks joins Peachey Hardwood Flooring during an exciting period of brand expansion, following recent investments in AI-enhanced milling technology that complement its time-tested traditions of Amish craftsmanship.
