QFloors Offers New Tools and Technology

At The International Surfaces Event (tise), flooring software provider QFloors provided hands-on customer training and an introduction to new tools and technology, including the QFX platform, a new mobile app for QFX, QSign e-signature tool, and QFloors/Roomvo bundles.

QFX

QFloors 10, or QFX for short, is the latest version of QFloors’ business management software. Roomvo CEO and founder Pawel Rajszel described it this way: “We’ve replaced the engine; we’ve replaced the transmission. We’ve given it a new paint job.”

The system is dramatically faster, more secure, more intuitive, and offers more integrations with Roomvo’s suite of products. Built with technology used by many Fortune 500 companies, the enterprise-grade cloud provides expanded accessibility, and superior security, performance, and reliability.

New Mobile App

At tise, QFloors is also showcasing a brand new mobile app for QFX. It allows RSAs to instantly access proposals, sales orders, customer details, and job costing information, on any mobile device. You can also connect to Roomvo visualization and lead management tools directly from the app. Important to note, the app is available to all QFX users at no added cost. Currently in beta testing, the app is estimated to be available to all QFX customers very soon.

New Electronic Signature Tool

QFloors is also introducing a powerful new e-signature feature to QFX during the tise convention. This tool, called QSign, lets you request and receive signatures electronically. It speeds up deals, allows you to collect signed orders without printing, and then auto-stores those signed docs into your QFX system. “Customers have been asking for this for a long time,” said Chad Ogden, founder of QFloors. “We wanted to do it right, with the greatest legal protections for dealers. It’s safe, integrated, and simple – for the dealer and their customers. And best of all, it will be available to QFX customers at a fraction of the expense of other e-signature products out there.”

Customer Training

QFloors also hosted an all-day training event at the Mandalay Bay. The personalized training covered best practices, ways to use QFloors most efficiently, and guided walkthroughs of new features and products.

Roomvo/QFloors Bundles

By joining forces, Roomvo and QFloors say they have become a one-stop-supplier for flooring dealers. They added that dealers who bundle Roomvo and QFloors products receive a heavily discounted price.

“As any flooring person knows, the fewer seams, the better,” explained Ogden. “The products of Roomvo and QFloors smoothly bring the customer through online engagement, to the in-store experience, and then you have the business management tools for installation and follow up. All information is integrated throughout, creating a truly seamless process.”
