These video-based courses are designed to help industry sales associates effectively sell real wood flooring products in the competitive flooring marketplace. These new courses focus on strategies sales associates can use to effectively plan for a successful installation and educate their customers about what to expect.
Tailored for the on-the-go sales professional, the updated courses feature brief three- to five-minute videos that can be viewed anywhere and anytime, making learning convenient and accessible. The new course interface is responsive to various devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring the best learning experience possible. NWFAU consists of more than 350 elearning courses, each with an online testing component.
