Robinson Lumber Company (RLC) and Tradelink Wood Products announced they have completed a transaction to sell RLC’s U.S. flooring business to Tradelink including RLC’s U.S. flooring inventory, their flooring brand, associated goodwill, and the transfer of related supplier, customer, and service provider relationships.
With this acquisition, Tradelink says it will expand its product portfolio, increase its market share, and enhance the company’s ability to meet the evolving needs of commercial distribution and specialist flooring customers.
Under the terms of the agreement, RLC will provide transition services to Tradelink Wood Products. Guiding the transition of RLC’s flooring business is Dan Lennon, who will ensure the integration of RLC’s customers, suppliers, and service providers into Tradelink’s system. Jacqueline Monteilh, a nine-year Robinson employee, has joined the Tradelink Sales Team.
