Yes, we had a lot of fun during the Road Rally Party at the legendary Harley-Davidson Museum. Seeing all of the company’s artifacts and motorcycles up close was great, but the best part was catching up with old and new friends in that atmosphere. Expo always offers many opportunities to network with others passionate about wood flooring. From the Distributor and Manufacturer Reception to the Emerging Leaders Reception to the Women’s Industry Network Breakfast, there was something for everyone.

The winners of the NWFA 2023 Wood Floor of the Year (WFOY) were announced during Expo. For more than 30 years, the WFOY awards have recognized innovative craftsmanship and design in wood flooring installations. This edition of Hardwood Floors highlights the newest winners, taking you through how each project was conceptualized, the materials used, and troubleshooting along the way. There is also a showcase of this year’s entries to further inspire your creativity, and start planning for your 2024 entry.
