An NWFA Certified Sales Advisor course will be offered at TISE in Las Vegas on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
This course qualifies all attendees to earn their NWFA Certified Sales Advisor certification. The one-day course provides instruction about different types of wood and their technical attributes as flooring products, how to sell against “wood-look” floor coverings, and the benefits of real solid and engineered wood flooring. It also includes instruction on minimizing claims and call-backs, guiding the customer to the right species and floor type for their lifestyle, understanding appropriate installation methods and differences in finishes for each project, and developing stronger customer relationships and loyalty throughout the selling process.
At the end of the course there is a written test that attendees can take to earn their certification. Attendees will receive 8 CEUs. Speakers are Brett Miller, VP of technical standards, training, and certification for the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and Jon Namba, owner of Namba Services Inc. and NWFA Regional Instructor.
