Taylor’s newest addition to its Essentials Line is Alpine™, an unlimited moisture vapor barrier urethane adhesive. Alpine combines high elastomeric properties, unlimited moisture protection, and sound control up to 63 IIC, 62 STC, making it Taylor’s all-in-one urethane installation solution. Alpine can install engineered, solid plank, and parquet wood flooring; cork flooring, cork-backed hard surface, and cork underlayment; bamboo, acrylic impregnated plank, and crumb rubber. It is rated for residential, multi-family, and light commercial and is low odor and low VOC.
Coverage is 20 to 50 sf/gallon, depending on application and trowel size used.
