The Bauwerk Group announced that Dan Natkin has started as CEO/Managing Director for North America effective October 1, 2021. In this role, Natkin will be responsible for leading the group sales and operations throughout North America and Mexico.
Natkin joins the Bauwerk Group with over two decades of executive level experience in hardwood flooring, most recently with Mannington Mills. The company shared that his sales, marketing and leadership skillset will propel the North American group to new levels.
Natkin also serves on the board of directors for both the National Wood Flooring Association and the Hardwood Federation PAC.
The Bauwerk and Boen brands produces hardwood flooring with specific focus on premium European styling and finishes.
