Reliance Hardwood Flooring Adds New Manufacturing Line

Reliance Hardwood Flooring recently announced the addition of a new flooring manufacturing line. The company shared that with this addition, overall production has now doubled, allowing Reliance Hardwood Flooring to manufacture twice the amount of unfinished hardwood wide plank flooring. The new investments also increase flooring production lengths to a longer maximum of 12′ long.

The facility upgrade features top of the line manufacturing equipment, including a Hasko MPEM 735 12” end matcher, Weinig 818 moulder for side matching, and a Weinig OptiCut 450 dimter. The upgrades also include a new 50,000 sq. ft. building for finished goods.

The existing manufacturing line will focus solely on 4” and 5” solid hardwood flooring. The new flooring line will be used to make solid flooring 6” through 11”, in addition to manufacturing engineered hardwood flooring in all widths. Woods manufactured are quarter sawn white oak, rift sawn white oak, live sawn white oak, white oak, hickory, and red oak.
