Indusparquet, the world’s leading producer of premium Brazilian hardwood flooring, has a unique opportunity to join our growing US sales team. We currently have an opening for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to cover our growing retail account base in the upper Midwest. This position will cover the following states: Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas and the Dakotas.
While previous experience in this market is preferred, we are open to considering any candidates that can demonstrate their willingness to take on a new challenge and have a real desire to succeed. This entry-level sales position will report to the IP Central/Western US Regional Sales Manager and will take an active role in developing the winning game plan for this important region of the country. Some of the other responsibilities with this role are:
– In coordination with the RSM, the BDM will be responsible for developing and achieving sales goals (monthly, quarterly and annually)
– Actively presenting, promoting and selling the Indusparquet brand throughout the market
– Providing superior customer service to our retail partners with product updates, samples and continuing education about new products, pricing and promotions
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions. Salary is negotiable depending on background and experience. Indusparquet also offers health insurance, cell phone reimbursement, holidays and paid time off (PTO).
